Your Body Wrap Visit

Length of visits

A full body wrap takes about 75  to 90 minutes. That’s about 15-30 minutes to  wrap you, then 45 minutes are spent in the wraps/sauna and another 15 minutes unwrapping you.

Pre-Treatment & Post Treatment

With our body wraps, we recommend you take a shower before you arrive, if not you can shower when you get here.

What to bring to wear

In order to maximize the coverage of our Minerals, MSM, and Sea Clay we suggest you get wrapped in your under garments or a two-piece bathing suit. You should bring a comfortable sneakers with socks. You are wrapped in your undergarments (bra and underwear for women, shorts for men) in a warm soaked mineral solution so your undergarments will get wet. Bring a set of dry underclothes to change into after the wrap.

We recommend you get wrapped two (2) to three (3) times a week until you meet your appearance goals and then keep up with your new look with maintenance wraps once a month.

How often can I get a body wrap?

The body wrap is a safe and effective process and you can do 2 to 3 times a week for inch loss results. If you are losing weight, a continuing series will show results and keep tightening the skin to your new shape. Many people are happy after just a wrap. Others wrap every month and some twice a month.

What should I do after the wrap?

It takes about 3 days for the skin to fully adapt to the tissue reduction. You can assist this process by avoiding toxic foods such as salt, sugar, caffeine, carbonated beverages, and alcohol for several days following the wrap. We also recommend not using creams or lotions for the first 3 days to keep the solution in the pores to continue attracting toxins. Take lukewarm showers with our Aloe Vera Body Wash which is enriched with 100% Pure Aloe Vera, fragrance free for a pure cleansing that won’t clog pore during your slimming wrap program.

In our experience using the Infrared Body Wrap on our clients for this treatment provides a body size reduction of at least one size in approximately 6 – 10 Infrared body wrap treatments. Treatment must be done every 2 to 3 days within a week to get results. All our treatments are combined with a healthy smoothie recipe program, adopting a reasonable healthy eating habits, and drinking water half your body weight while on this program.

Using Body Shapers after a Slimming Body Wrap

We recommend you use a girdle preferably a body shaper (firm body shaper from mid-calf to chest is best) during your slimming body wrap program. This will help your inch loss results and maintain your new shape even longer by wearing it each day after your wrap sessions daily for the duration of your slimming body wrap program or longer. As your body continues to eliminate toxins as natural waste material, you will notice additional inch loss and body toning if you wear a firm body shaper (from mid-calf to chest is best).

We suggest you make it part of your lifestyle.
