Second option is to Send us an email with your Gift Certificate number and issuer of the Gift Certificate.

Give us two (2) dates and time preferences.

We will process it promptly and if we have any questions will call you back within 24 hours.

You may choose to Book your Appointment Online.

Please select Gift Certificate or Voucher, DO NOT Select a Service or our System will ask you to pay and your appointment will cancel.

After Selecting Gift Certificate or Voucher and in the comment area let us know what service you want or purchased.

Remember to include your Gift Certificate or Voucher Code numbers.

This is an eight digit number found under the barcode on your voucher which was emailed to you from GROUPON or the last 4 digits of your LivingSocial voucher, or codes for other vouchers you may have. We confirm the validity of your voucher and hold this appointment for you. You have 24 hours which you are able to cancel your appointment without a cancellation fee. If you are calling to use an EXPIRED voucher, the price of the voucher will be deducted from the original price of the service.

CANCELLATION

There is a 24 hour cancellation requirement. If you cancel your appointment via telephone or online it must be 24 hours before the appointment time. Vouchers are redeemed within 24 hour period of your appointment, if the appointments have not been cancelled in the allotted time. Appointments that result in a less than 24 hour cancellation notice will still have vouchers honored, after the $25 cancellation fee is paid per our policy. If you reschedule via the online booking, the fee has to be paid prior to the start of service for the rescheduled time. If you call on the phone to reschedule, the fee will be taken at the time of the rescheduled appointment. NO EXCEPTIONS
