SPA POLICY

BEFORE ARRIVAL - For your convenience, you may download our Client Forms and complete it before arrival. This will save you time and help you have a more relaxing time.

CHECK IN - For Spa Services, please arrive 15 minutes in advance for your scheduled appointment. Present you gift cards, coupons or special offers at the time of check in. Should you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened to allow our Esthetician to be on time for the next appointment.

FORM OF PAYMENT- We accept all major credit cards, bank debit cards. We regretfully do not accept checks.

GRATUITY - Gratuity is NOT built into the service costs at Callione Spa. Tips can be added to any credit card or debit card payment . Leaving 15-20% is customary for all service industry providers.

SERVICE CHARGE - A 20 percent service charge will be added to Spa Parties and Events. Any additional gratuity is at your discretion.

AGE REQUIREMENT - Sixteen (16) years is the minimum age.

INSIDE THE SPA - To accommodate all our clients we request that the spa atmosphere not be disturbed by cell phones, pagers, etc. and ask that you turn them off during your time with us. We offer to our clients an escape from the daily stresses of life, with this we do not have the facilities for children.

CONSIDERATIONS: Prices are subject to change and gratuities are not included for our technicians. The spa is not responsible for lost or stolen articles. Please keep your personal items with you at all times.

GIFT CERTIFICATES: We accept One (1) Spa Finder and One (1) Spa Wish Gift Card per transaction. Gift Certificates/Cards apply to the full price of the services only. Cannot be combined with Special Offers, Sales, Discounts, Vouchers, Deals, or Packages.

FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE - We are a non-smoking environment. We provide robes, slippers and towels.

CANCELLATION POLICY - If you must cancel or change your appointment, notify us 24 hours in advance. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, there is a $25 late cancellation fee. Spa Packages require 48 hours’ notice in order to avoid 100% charge. There will be no refund on services rendered. NO REFUNDS for NO SHOWS, if you must cancel there is a 25% cancellation fee or you may chose to reschedule.

PRIVACY STATEMENT - All customer details held are used solely by Callione Spa and shall not be disclosed to any third parties. From time to time we may use your details to offer you information about special offers or new products. If you do not wish to receive such information please email or write to us at the addresses provided and you will be removed from the mailing list.

LIABILITY

Our Estheticians are trained and insured by Allied Professionals Insurance Company.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Our Estheticians uphold strict professional and ethical standards. Any illicit or sexually-suggestive remarks or advances will result in immediate termination of services. You will be liable for full payment of scheduled services.

Our Estheticians will refuse or terminate a treatment if any of the following apply:

- Broken skin or lesions

- Misconduct such as solicitation or suggestive comments

- Any medical conditions not mentioned at the time of reservation

- Intoxication

IN ADDITION FOR Spa Party/Events Bookings

A deposit is required in order to secure a date. Until a deposit is received this is only considered a preliminary booking and the date in question remains available for another party to book.

Cancellations

Cancellations for group Events or for an Entire Spa Party must be made 72 hours in advance in order to receive a refund if not, there is 25% fee charged. Once your appointment date has been reserved for your Event or Spa Party, we will be unable to issue a refund for any individual guest cancellations or NO-SHOWS.

Service Charge 

A 20 percent service charge will be added to Spa Parties and Events. Any additional gratuity is at your discretion.
